This 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Samyak Institute of Yoga & Ayurveda is a 26-day immersive residential program designed for sincere practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of Yoga and evolve into confident, knowledgeable teachers.
Set in the traditional Yoga capital of Mysuru, this course combines traditional Hatha Yoga practice with classical Yogic philosophy, Pranayama, meditation, and teaching methodology – all within a structured Gurukula-style learning environment.
This training is not only about learning sequences; it is about understanding the foundations behind movement, breath, alignment, and awareness.
